Step 1: Open your Excel Workbook Launch Microsoft Excel and open the workbook where you want to incorporate SmartArt. Ensure that the spreadsheet is in editing mode to enable the insertion of SmartArt.

Click on the SmartArt graphic, and then navigate to the “Design” and “Format” tabs that appear upon selection. Step 6: Rearrange and Modify SmartArt Shapes You can modify the structure of the SmartArt graphic by adding or removing shapes. Right-click on the shape and use the options in the context menu to make necessary modifications. You can also move the shapes around to create the desired flow of information.
Step 7: Save Your Workbook Once you have created and customized the SmartArt graphic to effectively represent your data, remember to save your Excel workbook to preserve the changes and prevent any loss of data.
